Tolerance, Equality, and Awareness Movement: Important Announcement

Hello TEAM Members,

Recently, we met with a local organization, and it was brought to our attention that threats were being made against them.  Furthermore, the individuals involved falsely represented themselves as members of our organization. We would NOT promote or encourage this type of behavior.  If you are responsible for these horrendous actions, please stop immediately.

We thank this organization for the amazing work that they are doing in the LGBT community, and wish them good will and encouragement on their endeavors. We are working towards a healthy and productive relationship with this organization, and we are looking towards the future. We believe in creating community through building strong relationships and not discord and division. Once again, if you are committing these actions, it needs to stop immediately as this is not what either organization is about.

We will not stand for actions that hinder our Vision Statement!  We knew when starting this organization that there would be agents of intolerance and bigotry who seek to cause harm and misdeeds to the ultimate purpose!  If these individuals continue with these actions, there may be harsh legal consequences to their actions.
